Grand Master Hee Il Cho

On the 22nd of September 14 students from the Scottish Tae Kwon-Do Academy attended John  Wrights Sports Centre in East Kilbride to meet and train with one of the most respected martial artists in the world today. The students gathered to take part in a seminar which lasted for 2 hours under World renowned Grand Master Hee Il Cho, this was a once in a lifetime chance for the Inverclyde students as Grandmaster Cho most likely will not make this trip again as he turns 70 years of age next year. Although watching him move around the floor on the night was like watching someone no older than 25 years of age.
