Inverclyde Tae Kwon-Do promotes their newest Black Belt

Inverclyde Tae Kwon-Do promoted there newest Black Belt on the 12th of September, student Louis Rowe under went 1 year of extreme training to make the level to be able to achieve his Black Belt. Louis has been training 3 nights per week for the last year and also assisting in the Little Panthers class every week and also had to undergo three 2 hour pre-grading in preparation for the grading over the past few months.
On the day Louis had to undergo a grueling 3 hour grading along with some of his club mates performing all aspects of tae kwon-do which included patterns, self-defense, breaking, sparring, set sparring, 2 against 1 sparring along with all basic hand foot and combination techniques. After a 3 hour long test Louis thought it was over when he was faced with a theory test at the end of the day, Having to explain some of the techniques he performed along with belt and pattern information.
Louis joined Tae Kwon-Do when he was just 6 years old, and has competed up and down the country winning varioustitle over the past 5 years, his latest being just at the weekend in Hereford.
