Panthers Grading June 2011 Also NEW Studio Details

PANTHERS GRADING

Thirteen students from the Scottish Tae Kwon-Do Academy's Panthers group attended there 2nd grading of the year on the 18th of June.

All thirteen of the students took to the floor showing skills they have learned from the previous 3 months, such as co-ordination, balance, teamwork, focus, control as well as discipline and memory. This is learned along with a structured Tae Kwon-Do system for 3 1/2 - 5 year old. With each passing grade students receive a new belt and grading certificate. There are seven levels to pass through at panther level then students move up to the junior class when they turn six.

Thomas Collins promoted to black stripe

Euan Simpson, Ariana Marturano promoted to red stripe

James Glen promoted to blue stripe

Caine McCormack, Hannah McInnes, Mhairi Montgomery promoted to green stripe

Aiden Bradley, Nathan McCreadie, Rohan Smith promoted to yellow stripe

Orlaidh McDonald, Stephanie Turner, Scott Clark promoted to orange stripe

A special congratulations go to James Glen for his extra special effort on the day, and a big well done to all students for giving it there all on the day. The Academy offers classes from the age of 3 1/2 upwards if anyone is interested in joining please contact Mr or Mrs Boyle through www.inverclyde-taekwondo.com for more information.

The Academy has also moved premises, we will be training at our very own hall from the 1st of August at 29 West Stewart Greenock (the old dazzles dance studio).

Mr & Mrs Boyle are offering 1 week of free classes throughout the month of August to all new members.
