Scottish Tae Kwon Do Academy Haul of trophies.
On Sunday the 20th June 2010, 47 students of the Scottish Taekwondo Academy took part in there 8th Annual Scottish Open 2010 held in Notre Dame High School. there we 100 competitors as far as England Hereford were Master Clive Harrison 7th Degree Blackbelt and Chelintom under Master Amrit Calcutt 6th Degree Blackbelt whom tech Tae kwon do and from Kilmarnock under Master Paul McVey 6th Degree Blackbelt who teaches Kickboxing. there was a good atmosphere as most of the students know each other from other competitions, The Scottish Academy took 77 trophies on the day with 21 Scottish titles 27, 2nd and 19, 3rd places. first up was the panthers division was aged from 4 years ta 6 years of aged then you had patterns, points sparring and the continuous sparring. the wining students were,

Club instructors Mr. and Mrs. Boyle say well done too everyone who competed on the day and for some who didn't won anything everybody gave 100% again, and thanks for the parents and students for helping on the day, and for the other instructors whom came a longway to our competition.
