2nd A.I.M.A.A. Tkd Championships Scotland
Again we had great support from friends Master & Mrs Kallkut & Mr & Mrs Hall W.M.S.T. Tkd in Mr Salik Miah from West Yorkshire England.
The yearly event seen 160 competitors take to the floor from all over the UK, in the disciplines of Patterns, Point Sparring and Continuous Sparring over 70 division.
Our local students also managed to hold on to a massive 8 Scottish titles on the day, with another 13 silvers and 7 bronze, collecting a total of 28 medals on the day.
Patterns winners were:
1st Place Winners: Gavin Patton.
2nd Place Winners: Scott Quartieri, Brian Lynch, Ross Derrick.
3rd Place Winners: Gillian Collins, Sam Cox.
Points Sparring Winners were:
1st Place: Declan McGhee,Connor King, Ross Derrick.
2nd Place: Teighan Collins,Owen Harvey,Leah McCallum,Dylan Lappin, Sam Cox, Brian Lynch.
3rd Place: Robbie Cumming, Mitchell Morris, Gavin Patton, Jason Cox.
Continuous Sparring Winners were:
1st Place: Declan McGhee,Leah McCallum,Connor King,Ross Derrick,
2nd Place: Owen Harvey, Scott Quartieri,Sam Cox, Brian Lynch,
3rd Place: Gavin Patton,
A special thanks goes to Mrs Rowe,Mrs Laughlan,Miss Fyfe, Mr McCallum, and parents Mr McIntyre and Mr Campbell for there Van to take our Gear up to Lady Octavia Sport Centre and senior black belts Ross Derrick, Louis Rowe and other Black belt students for helping out on the day.

Master Darcy Seminar 20th Nov 16

On Sunday 20th November 11 students from Inverclyde Cho’s Tae Kwon-Do Scotland along with instructors Master & Mrs Boyle traveled to Hamilton to train with A.I.M.A.A. (Action International Martial Art Association) European director Master John Darcy 7th Degree Black belt and the 3rd highest ranking member under our very own Grand Master Hee IL Cho 9th Dan and Cheif instructor and Founder of A.I.M.A.A.

UTI Welsh Open 2016

This October, we made our way to Wales for the 2016 United Tae Kwon-Do International open
Seven students took to the floor and returned with an impressive haul of 10 medals.
Below are some pictures from the Day. It was good to meet up with friends and compete against some great fighters. Overall, we managed to secure 3x 1st place, 4x 2nd place and 3x 3rd place. A great effort from everyone, you’ve done us proud. ~ Master Boyle. AIMAA Scotland Championships 2016

On the Sunday 17th April 2016, Inverclyde Cho’s Tae Kwon Do Scotland held its 1st Scottish A.I.M.A.A. Open Tae Kwon Do Championships hosted by Master & Mrs Boyle at lady Octavia Sport Centre Greenock.
Again we had great support from friends Master Kallkut & Mr Hall W.M.S.T. Mrs Sarah Hall from Hall Tkd in England and from our A.I.M.A.A. (Action International Martial Arts Association) Scotland family Mr Belgacem Larkhall & Mr Walker Bellshill Miss Kirsty Gough Blantyre, also Miss Kirsty Izat TAGB clubs from Uddingstone and Hamilton and Mr Ross Fisher from Icon Tkd From Fife.

Welcome to The Inverclyde Cho’s Tae Kwon-Do Scotland homepage. At Master Boyle’s family of Tae Kwon-Do school, Head Instructor and Co Owner Master Charles Boyle, 7th degree back belt and Mrs Gillian Boyle, 5th degree black belt has been training adults, teens and children the ancient Korean martial art of Tae Kwon-Do for over a combined effort of 70+ years between experience. Master Boyle is a professionally qualified martial artist with over 40 years. The School runs under the strict guidance of world renowned martial artist, Grandmaster Hee IL Cho, 9th Dan.
