On Saturday the 9th of December, Inverclyde Cho’s School of Tae Kwon-Do held a sparring seminar in Blantyre, South Lanarkshire. The event was lead by Master Charles Boyle, 6th Degree black belt along with one of his senior students Mr Ross Derrek, 3rd degree.
The Seminar was in aid of the Blantyre school of Cho’s Tae Kwon Do after a fire destroyed both their training hall and training equipment last month.
With the festive season in full swing, it was uncertain as to how many students would be able to attend, however a lot of hard work was put in by those who could appear on the day. The day involved strength exercises, stamina and cardio, and was concluded with pad work and combination drills. and would like to thank parents who took there time out to support the event, and the Gough family who’s Cho’s Blyntre Tae Kwon Do club which went on fire.
